Involvement toolkit

This page is where we will provide the tools and resources needed to run focus group activity for Path to Excellence Phase Two consultation expected later in 2021.

We know that community and voluntary organisations are extremely close to key communities who could be more impacted than other people by future changes to hospital services.

We would provide training and support as well as a small payment and cover your expenses.

The sorts of tools will include:

  • Focus group discussion guide
  • Case for Change information cards
  • Equality about you survey
  • Easy read version

If you are interested in getting involved please fill out the expression of interest form.
